Random inscription ID or # via endpoint.

I could be missing a really obvious method but I'm looking for a way to recurse to any random ordinal by inscription number or id. If I could ask the current total count of ordinals I could setup a range of all ordinals and call one at random without risk of going over maybe? /r/children/random might also be interesting and more predictable. No rush, randomly add randomness if you get the urge.
