Get FileName property from file browser GUI pop up

Does the following exist: a package that includes a node that, when run, pops up a file browser where the user can input a filename and directory location, akin to how saving a file works in most programs?
I want to do this so that this FileName can be passed to a CsvWriter and to a VideoWriter. Ideally a single filename could be passed to both and the correct file extension appended in between.
