How can I set assistant with specific knowledge data to query?

Hi there,
Thanks for the great work here. I really learn a lot from it.

For pdf rag assistant example, how can I set the running assistant instance only search the knowledge based on specific pdf names or user id? I can see the assistant table with field user_id. But from the knowledge table, there is nothing relevant back to assistant table. what if a user only want llm response the knowledge that he uploaded.

I did read the source code. And I cannot get answer for it. Could you kindly please give me hint on this?
