weird issue with the kasa and homebridge connection

Everything was working fine for the last 6 months, all of the sudden today, my kasa devices on homebridge will not react to my commands. I see all of them in homekit but no actaul response from the device. It does NOT say "no response" I have rebooted server, apple tv, I have removed bridge and brought it back in. Rebooted network, rebooted router. I have uninstalled the plugin, reinstalled, the log files are fine. I see my devices in the accessories section of server. But no reaction from the actual devices. Other non-homekit devices seem to be working fine such as ring integration and rachio integration but not Kasa
