Current Behavior

You click the "Run Now" button and the history says that the task has been run but the is no backup created.
If the server is stopped and the option "Only When Server Is Online" is enabled then nothing happens.
You have to disable "Only When Server Is Online", then "Run Now" and finally re-enable the "Only When Server Is Online" option.

Expected Behavior

When manually starting a scheduled task with [Run Now] the option "Only When Server Is Online" should be ignored, it may be valid for the scheduled execution but shouldn't be evaluated when manually starting a task.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable "Only When Server Is Online" for a task and try to run it.
