Custom JS Serializer.

Would be great to allow custom serialization. Maybe a "hook"/callback on which we can do this:

Pulumi.onSerialize((entrypoint, file)=>{
      return "any string you want"
})

I would love to get this, so the current serializer can be moved to it's own dependency.

Thoughts?
