I note a copy of "3D Slicer license" in the repo - what code are we using which is covered by it?

Would like to document what obligations do we have as a result.

Sorry, didn't see this one.

The license was for the dcmio library as found here:
https://github.com/pieper/sites/tree/gh-pages/dcmio

Went for simple to understand rather than well tested which may have been a mistake...
