[Epic] Make Mapt Konflux compliant

Mapt offers a way to run it within Tekton CICD, unfortunately to make use of it inside of Konflux (even when it is based in Tekton) it is missing some key features as so we need to re consider / adapt some of the Task specs we have currently.

For the time being we consider the following requirements:

• Return host-info as secret ref #294
• Create step-actions for tasks #271
