Describe the bug
When HDR is activated the background video ist getting very dark after restarting or going into standby, I tried several windows settings, sometimes it changed back for a second and then went dark again. Shutting down lively and deactivating HDR, opening lively and reactivating HDR fixes it temporarily until the PC goes to sleep or restarts and all the steps have to be done again

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'HDR Settings and activate the'
  2. wait for standby or restart
  3. See errpr

Expected behavior
no changes in background brightness
