Additional import Scripts

Hello, please im looking to add some import scripts like the one for pusher for example importScripts("https://js.pusher.com/beams/service-worker.js"); how can i add that in the configuration since the sw.js is only generated at build time or is this even possible. Any information on this would be much appreciated.
