We should add Shoelace / Web Awesome to the OpenUI list of design systems

The OpenUI project aims to create a global standard for design systems (See BRad Frost's article on the topic here: https://bradfrost.com/blog/post/a-global-design-system/). I feel like Shoelace / Web Awesome is possibly the closest match to what they are trying to achieve, so it should be on the list of design systems they are leaning on for standardization.
