List fieldtype: Pagination

I have two List fieldtypes with 44+ entries each and the CP page is very long.
Would be nice to have some kind of (optional) pagination (and maybe search?) for each field.

Something like "show X per page". X would be an option that could be set on the fieldtype (empty for all).
