Adding a block in touch devices

Description

In touch devices (tested on Chrome and Safari in iOS), adding a block adds two blocks instead of just one.

I think this problem is only on iOs devices. I tested on android and its fine

I am working on a solution the event is getting triggered twice for some reason.
