As described in TiddlyWiki/TiddlyWiki5#7720 and tiddly-gittly/tw-mobile-sync#7
we need an additional file $:/OperationLog.tid to store deletion (and maybe modifications) like .git does, so we can handle 3-way-merge between mobile <-> desktop <-> solid cloud
