Gliner spacy/Scispacy examples?

Is there any documentation beyond the single example script (https://github.com/urchade/GLiNER/blob/main/examples/gliner_spacy_demo.ipynb) for using gliner with spacy or other pipelines? Specifically I would love to use this with scispacy (I want to link to an existing ontology), but there's a dearth of examples/documentation on how to use it or if it's even possible to "plug it in" to an existing spacy nlp pipe
