[FEATURE] tag-feeds polluting my everyone-feed #1182

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently my tag follows pollute my everyone feed. While I want to check in now and then, I don't want to combine them in my following feed.

Possible solutions:

  • disable tag-feeds in everyone
  • differentiate feeds in everyone (I am following) and Everything (I am following)

@vitorpamplona would it make sense to add one more item, "All people" and exclude tags in it?
