Current State

The current version 0.93 offers three UI Modes: Complete / Simplified / Performance.

If "Profile Preview = Never" then:

  • Simplified : shows unique-randomized profile icons
  • Performance : shows one standard profile icon.

Feature implementation

If "Profile Preview = Never" and "UI = Performance" then:

  • eliminate profile icons
  • maximize content display, symmetrically from border to border
  • increase profile-name font size, clear distinction of owner and note separation
  • change profile-name font color for clear distinction of owner and note separation
  • replace profile icon with Amethyst icon when "Profile Preview = Never"

Thoughts

Perhaps it would require a fork in the printing template of the data, assuming there is only one template for all modes at present. It will certainly offer a symmetric aesthetic to scrolling, "distraction free" reading mode whilst also creating a distinct separation between notes by increased font size and colour.
