[BUG] .mp4 embedded video playback is broken

what happens
.mp4 embedded video playback does not work for multiple Amethysters. Mutiple users expect embedded video, and receive a link instead.

This includes a video, at the bottom of the note. I've noticed that Amethyst doesn't render MP3 or MP4s.

Note to self:

Try with built in tor/orbot
Try with slow connection in emulator

Since others could see the video, I do think it is some type of failure to load, which gets stored in the cache and then takes a while to get erased before trying to load again.

I see it, now, when I set videos to automatically begin playing. I don't want them to begin playing, tho, I just want to recognize that what I'm looking at is a video.

You can see here, that changing the "Video Playback" setting is what makes the difference, for mp4. M4a (audio only) doesn't work at all.
