Issue displaying data on update

Reproduction

Using vuecli service and typescript i'm unable to load data.

Screen shot of object when getter has been triggered after the initial bind.

Expected behavior

I expect that the data would be loaded and the DOM re rendered to display the data

Actual behavior

• The promise returns with the data and sets the state.
• The component triggers a re-render (update hook is fired) but the data is not displayed
• Computed properties are not triggered on change in return public get prop() {this.myGetter;} from
• The length property is a simple computed propertied that takes getTodos.length this won't update.

Additional information

If I update the code, vue-cli-service will hot reload some things and then vue will render that data.
