Yeah, it seems like nobody ever wrote a reference for it. This seems to be correct in the manifest, with it showing up as a (manually compared) visual test: |

Hi, I'm not sure if this is useful or not but thought I should make an issue just in case.
/css/css-flexbox/order-001.htmseems to be a ref test, but with no annotation to say what it should be compared with. The WPT runner seems to skip over it - it doesn't show up in the wpt.fyi dashboard - and so it apparently serves no purpose currently.Looking at the original it seems it may never have worked? Or perhaps it was meant to be performed manually at that point. I'm not familiar with the history of WPT.
