For example:

.. role:: strike
   :class: strike

Hello, :strike:`this is a striked text`.

Right now this has to be done in each and every page

have you tried using an include? you could write one global directive file and then include it in your subfiles. Just starting to use octopress, but I bet you could set it to autogenerate your includes with each new post.
