editor: rewrap on save option

Describe the feature

The editor rewrap function is amazing, I use it all the time when writing markdown, but I dont want to, I would like the option of setting it to auto-rewrap on save (similar to format). I am aware of soft wrap and wrap guides but I like them being on new lines at 80ch, I think it should be off by default but be able to set if (per language) if the user wants it on.
