Describe the feature

On my Danish keyboard, running MacOS, I can shuffle through windows of the same app using Command ⌘ + Shift ⇧ + `. It doesn't work within Zed though. Instead a literal ` is typed.
It is not an issue in SublimeText nor TextEdit, but it is inside a textarea in Safari.

Possibly related: #17582
