EGU data and mode of transport plot added

This release adds

• the EGU2019 data set from github.com/milankl/CarbonFootprintEGU
• the script to plot the emissions per mode of transport for EGU2019
• the associated plot in pdf and png

v0.5.1 HDI also for AGU attendees corrected

For some countries the HDI category was corrected, not significant changes.

v0.5 with EGU attendees change by HDI

This includes the analysis of EGU attendees by human development index

• data/egu contains a csv file with all egu attendees 2012-2019 and HDI
• data contains a csv file with agu attendees 2019 by HDI
• plots contains a figure on egu by hdi
