Add the 2024 conference background for video edits

Saving the final background image I'll use to edit the videos. It has a green screen for easy masking on Final Cut Pro and other video editors.

Hi Juan. What tool did you use to produce the video?

Can you please provide an additions version just with the main box without the speaker box for cases when we just have the main recording available?

@benjagm I did the background in Sketch (https://www.sketch.com) and the actual video in Final Cut Pro (https://www.apple.com/final-cut-pro/), but I guess other video editors would do.

Sure! Let me update it in a bit. I looks a bit weird if I just remove the speaker box, so I might need to re-adjust the layout a bit
