thank you for this pleasant tool. Is there a possibility to translate the filenames into something different than the accession numbers? I know there is the human-readable option, but this generates all these subdirectories. What I am looking for is a filename with GENUS_SPECIES_STRAIN.fna.gz (for genome download). Alternatively, if there is the option to add the taxid to the filename, this would be even better for me, because I could generate the taxonomic lineage based on the filename.
Thank you.
