Well honestly I come from the PhotonVision team and we want to implement a cropping mechanism but I think everyone that utilizes this framework (WPI) would benefit from this feature.

I want to margin the iterators of the detector when scanning for tags so it would make processing time smaller

right now we try and to recalculate the tomography of the tag with the new coordinates but if we implement this it would save us all the trouble
