1. The supported OS is Ubuntu Server 9.10, Install Ubuntu Server 9.10 first.
2. Install following packages use apt-get install:
   1) gstreamer0.10-plugins-base
   2) gstreamer0.10-plugins-good
   3) gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad
   4) gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse
   5) gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
   6) python-gst0.10
3. Install python-setuptools use apt-get install, which have ease_install tool.
   apt-get install python-setuptools
4. Install web.py:
   easy_install web.py
5. Install v4l2
   easy_install v4l2
6. optional, start rainbow on boot. edit /etc/init.d/rc.local and add line:
   cd /path/to/rainbow && ./rainbow.py start
7. reboot system, and visit http://rainbow.host.ip:8080/
