The Veyepar system is software used to automate the production of videos, typically the content is lectures at a conference.

The user of this software can be given access to a youtube account to upload vidoes. Part of the grant process is saving the name on the account that granted access so the software user can verify who granted access. That is the extent of use of personal information.

Presenters name and e-mail are stored. Name is published, e-mail is used to notify the presenter of the status of their video.
